Parent patent described plate-shaped mouldings of plastics-impregnated fleece material, press-moulded at elevated temp. and with application of moderate pressure which are used for the fiting out of motor vehicle bodies. The mouldings are composed of 2 superposed fleece webs, plastics coated on 1 side, and placed into a moulded press with the coated sides facing each other. Before the fleeces are coated with plastics, they are needled together with paper webs. The fleeces are needled with crepe paper webs, or with pleated paper webs. The paper webs are perforated or provided with slits at those points where they are subjected to strong deformation, and suitably underlaid with fleece material.
