Medicaments contg. Piper methysticum total extract - used to lower blood pressure, without side effects

Medicaments containing a total extract of Piper methysticum (kava-kava) are new. The medicaments may be prepd. in the form of capsules, tablets or degrees contg. 10-50 mg, pref. 30 mg of the extract. Such medicaments are given, 2-4 times daily then, when the blood pressure has returned to normal, 1-2 times daily. The dosage may be later decreased further, whilst keeping the blood pressure normal. Medicaments are very effective at low dosages and free from side effects.
