Sewer pipe damage avoidance system - fills interior automatically with ground water as water table level rises

The system avoids damage to sewer pipes laid in ground with a variable water table. The interior of the pipe is automatically fixed with ground water as the water table rises in order to counteract its increased buoyancy. Inside the sewer there can be a ground water feed control connected to its exterior, typically comprising a flexible hose (2), concreted into the base (6) of the pipe at its lower end, which is open to the ground water, while its upper end is fixed to a float, and situated 30 - 50 cm above the level of the sewage.
