A constructional system for a house based on a unit consisting of a bathroom and toilet, a kitchen and a general purpose room, as in the main patent, is designed so that other rooms or units can be added so that the whole can be used in a convenient manner with a minimum wastage of space. This is one design a wing is added on the left, with a large kitchen, a living room which enables the original room to be used as a permanent bedroom, with an adjoining garage. On the right can be added a further wing with two other rooms, and staircase is incorporated between them.
