The arrangement is intended for securing insulation panels (4) in a furnace. It comprises a carrier frame (1-3) in stainless steel and fire-proof panels in mineral or plastic material which are secured to the frame by fixtures (5 or 6) arranged within the panel surface area subjected to heating. Each fixture may comprise a plate (7), pref. in stainless steel, with punched-outt (8) pointed projections, at least on one side, which hold the panel in position. The plate may be L-shaped (7,9) and have slots (10) at both ends capable of engagement with respective flanges of L-section frame members (1,2).
