Process and Installation for the recycling and utilization of waste Products rich in carbon. The procedure is to thermally decompose the waste products in their original State, Introducing them in a bath of liquid Metallic Iron, which is covered with a layer of Basic Slag, composed mostly of Lime.The installation consists of a closed metal Container (10) equipped with an oxygen blowing lance (1); a Chimney (40) is provided with a Conduit (42) to the Air Inlet, and a DUCT (70) for the exit of gases formed; and an Airlock (41) in the stacked Neu Maticos to form a column (60) which is immersed in the bath.
