Implant compsn. contg., by vol., 50% PMMA, 25% tricalcium phosphate and 25% starch, is used in anchoring dental prosthesis with an anchoring pin which anchors the artificial tooth at one end and is fixed to the implant compsn. at the other end. Pin side to be set on implant area is coated with a polymerised-on PMMA layer and can be fixed with PMMA in a recess of the ready implant. The implant compsn.is strong and stable.
