The machine comprises a tubular processing chamber (1) of annular cross-section, which has a cylindrical mixing section (a) with a closed end (2) and an extruding section (b) with an outlet extrusion plate (3). Inside the chamber, a power-driven rotor (10) has a kneading profile (14) followed by an extrusion screw (13). Used for mixing and extruding edible pastes for the mfr. of food prods., e.g. contg. eggs, flour, milk, water etc. The machine is a simple, inexpensive suitable for domestic and commercial use.
