Concentrator for example for solar radiation. The concentrator is determined by an assembly of lineic reflecting elements (8), each of them acting in a single plane and independently of each other. The curvature of the element (8) is determined so that the beam (1) received at the end (2) is reflected directly towards the end (6) of section (4) of the pupil, that the beam (10) received at the end (9) is reflected towards the end (7) and that the points of the element (8) intermediate between (2) and (9) reflect the radiation towards the points of section (4) which are between (6) and (7).
