PURPOSE:Salt and a curry powder are added to cabbages to produce a food product for a side dish in bread meal. CONSTITUTION:Cabbages are cut into pieces and 2-8pts.wt. of salt and 0.6- 0.8pts. of a curry powder are added to 100pts. of the cut cabbages. Further, chemical flavors, glucose and pale soysauce are added thereto, when necessary, they are placed in an appropriate vessel and pressed through a lid with a weight to make a pickle.
