PURPOSE:To increase combustion efficiency for heavy oil, by decreasing the preheating temperature of heavy oil followed by decreasing the viscosity of heavy oil. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 6 is fixed to the top end of a rotating shaft rotated by a motor, on the other hand, a fixing plate 7 is fitted to the inside of a suction cover 8 fitted to a casing 4, confronting with a rotary plate 6. A plurality of rows of projections 6a..., 7a... are formed on the confronting surfaces of both plates 6 and 7 concentrically, and the projections 6a... and 7a... are fitted to channels 7c and 6c of each plate 7 and 6. A suction port 9 is formed in the center part of end surface of a suction cover 8, and a discharge port 10 is, on the circumferential surface of a cover 8, respectively. A lubricating channel 13 which is interconnected to a flow path 12 flowing from a suction port 9 to a discharge port 10, is formed in a casing 4, and a part of heavy oil flowing through a flow path 12 is to be fed into a lubricator 14 through a lubricating channel 13.
