PURPOSE:To improve convenience for use, by obtaining a seat adjuster that can release an unlock condition at arbitrary locations even when a seat of an automobile is walked in by front throwing down a seat back. CONSTITUTION:This seat adjuster with a walk-in mechanism contains a lower rail 1 fixed to the car body side and an upper rail 2 fixed to the seat side, a number of connecting holes 3 are mounted to one side 12 of the lower rail 1, and a connecting portion 4 unified with the upper rail 2 is connected to the connecting hole 3, thus positioning fixing both rails 1, 2. The connecting portion 4 is integrally installed to a lock portion material 5 pivotally mounted to the upper rail 2, and the lock portion material 5 is installed so as to interlock with the tilt of a seat back through a wire 53. An operational lever 6 is pivotally mounted to an upper surface of the lock portion material 5 by a pin 61, and the lock portion material 5 is moved through a pin 7 by the revolution of the lever 6.
