A drilling tool for producing in particular deep holes has a hollow, one-piece tube and a cutting end attached to one end of the tube. The cutting end has an opening to form an outlet from the one-piece hollow tube, and the one-piece hollow tube, to remove the drillings, has a recess, limited by this, over 180 DEG or more. Furthermore, a manufacturing method for a drilling tool of this type and a drilling method for use with a drilling tool of this type are described.
