PURPOSE:To prevent an important portion of a device from corrosion by a mechanism wherein a waste liquid is dried by evaporation for a short time by using heated sands or the like and crystalline particles or the like deposited on sands are separate from sands certainly. CONSTITUTION:River sands a on a porous plate 9 partitioning a drying chamber 1 and a hot air blown chamber 8 are controlled at a temperature of below about 500 deg.C and fluidized by hot air blown into a chamber 8 to raise the temperatures of the said sands. On this river sands a, a waste liquid issued from a nozzle 6 is spprayed and evaporated and dried in a fluidized state by hot air or holded heat of river sands a. After drying, crystalline particles and the like are blown off by hot air and recovered at a valve 19 through a dust collector and hot air is exhasted by a blower 17. On the other hand, sands a depositing crystals or the like which ar not converted to crystalline particles or the like are flowed into a treating chamber 12 connected to a chamber 1 and blown into an accerelating tube 4 by high speed air from a nozzle 3, thereafter cooled during raising trough a tube 4 and crystals or the like are released from sands a by impingement plate 5 and recovered in a dust collector 16. River sands are dropped into a recirculating through 7 and reused.
