The box maker consists of a rectangular frame mounted horizontally and supported on legs (2) joined by cross members. One end of the machine has a vertical frame (7) which supports the press plate (8). The longitudinal guides (10) extend over the length of the machine. The span of the guides can be adjusted using the bottle screw (11). The endless chain (17) on each side is joined to cross slats which drag the box along the length of the machine. The box is loaded at the free end by the pivoted loading arm (18).
