Multi-functions and multi-uses device to be hanged to an horizontal belt or to one or several vertical suspenders - to a detachable hande for a right-handed or left-handed person or - to a cord or a shoulder-belt allowing it to be born round the neck. Its features consist in a small pocket on the reverse of which we find a system of ear loops (10) which shape is nearly rectangular supporting respectively in the middle of each longitudinal side a strap in the shape of half a circle, the loop device being itself linked to the pocket by the horizontal ends of the rectangle which straps in the shape of half a circle are linked to the pocket by removable press buttons.
