AUTOMATIC CONTROLLING DEVICE OF GAS FLOW RATE OF GAS WATER HEATER

PURPOSE:To enable to keep the hot water temperature constant in spite of the change of water flow rate by a method wherein a specified gas pressure controlling spring is provided in a specified gas governor. CONSTITUTION:A water valve device A and a Venturi tube 3 are provided in a water supply pipe 1 and as well as a gas governor C, which consists of a gas valve device B and a gas pressure controlling device D, and the like are provided in a gas supply pipe 9. In addition, a gas pressure controlling spring 23 in interposed between the open side of a diaphragm at a pressure chamber 20, which communicates to both the chambers b1 and b2 of the diaphragm 10 of the device B, and a pressure controlling rod 22, which is actuated by the pressure difference between in both the chambers a1 and a2 of the diaphragm 6 of the device A. Because the pressure difference between in both the chambers a1 and a2 is proportional to the aquare of the water flow and the stroke of the spring 23 is proportional to said pressure difference and yet said stroke is proportional to the square of the gas flow of the device B, the gas flow turns to be proportional to the water flow, resulting in facilitatig to keep the temperature of hot water to supply outside constant.
