PURPOSE:To install a hood at proper position by lifting or hanging and supporting a ventilating device within the hood and mounting the ventilating device while selecting the supporting methods. CONSTITUTION:Mounting members 7a-7d are set up inside a hood proper 2, and a supporter 6 is formed by said members and supporting members 8, 8. The legs 20 of the ventilating device 11 are directed to the lower side, lifted and supported and set up to the mounting members 7a-7d through the supporting members 8, 8 when the exhaust port B of a chamber wall A is comparatively high. When the exhaust port B is cmparatively low, on the other hand, the legs 20 are directed to the upper side, hung and supported and similarly fitted to the mounting members 7a-7d through the supporting members 8, 8. Accordingly, the hood can be installed at proper height, and an oil mist, etc. rising from a range not shown can be collected excellently.
