A method for molding a plurality of polymer compositions of layers in an integrally molded article having a minimum number of internal faults, and therefore improved properties. The layers are positioned in contiguous relationship, and the initiation of polymerization reactions is controlled by selecting catalysts systems which start substantially simultaneously the polymerization in each of the layers to prevent the development of curing junctions at the contact points between the layers.
