PURPOSE:To enable pulling out of a die sidewards without obstructed by a strut by erecting a pair of struts up-right on the diagonal line of a press bed that supports a flat square female die. CONSTITUTION:A pair of struts are erected upright on the diagonal line of a press bed 1 that supports a flat squae female die 14. Bearings 6, 6 are formed on the diagonal line of a pressure plate 4 fitted with a male die 5 that coincides with the female die 14 on the lower face. Accordingly, change of dies, cleaning, inspection etc. is made easily from the side.
