The object of the invention is to produce waterproof sheeting by means of a particular mixture of ethylene copolymer bitumen (ECB) and plasticised polyethylene (PE) before extrusion. The amount added is 1-40% by weight as an admixture of the raw material polyethylene with the raw material ethylene copolymer bitumen. An addition of 15-25% of polyethylene is preferably admixed with the ethylene copolymer bitumen. Carbon black is added before extrusion to provide UV stabilisation.
