Automatic partition for rear of vehicle interior - lifts into place as vehicle tailgate opens, under electric power from remote control

The translucent partition (9) in the interior of a vehicle housed behind the back of the rear seat (7). When the tailgate (1) is lifted, the partition rises to a vertical position to the roof of the vehicle just behind the tailgate hinge. The partition extends across the full width and give weather protection to the interior. The partition is moved by an electric automatic remote control (10) that produce only a small motive force for safety and the partition has vertical curved guides (18) and slides through a groove at the rear of the rear parcel shelf (5).
