The fruit-harvesting vehicle for use in orchards has a lengthwise conveyor running from front to rear, and one or more platforms for the operating personnel. A lift (13) is mounted in the path of the conveyor (9), retracting completely below the plane of the latter in the lowermost position. Near its uppermost position there can be retaining brackets for the load lifted by it. The conveyor can be in the form of a roller track, and individual platforms can be provided for the operators, separately adjustable for height.
