The thermal recuperation circuit is contained in the building envelope, both roof and walls, and has a collector network formed by one or several grills having conduits which are submitted to the action of heat flow. The conduits are branched in parallel between two spaced collectors for the circulation of hot and cold fluid. Conduits (12) of each grill (11) are in contact with heat conducting material (31) which forms, or is in contact with, heat absorbing material (33) while heat insulating material (34) is placed inside and in contact with the conduits.
