The appts. contains a bracelet (1), which is placed around the wrist (P1), a blood-pressure cushion (2) and a box (3) which comprises a measuring circuit, display, processor and memory. The box (3) is also used as one electrode for taking the electrocardiagram, the electrode (3) being in contact with the wrist (P1). A push-button (6) is used as the other electrode; which (6) is in contact with a finger of the other hand when the patient actuates it. The appts. also contains a pressure sensor, a microphone used to collect the pulse beats and a system to inflate and deflate the cushion (2). The cushion may be military with the bracelet, and its inflation is obtained by the attachment of a bulb. Progressive deflation may be obtained through a calibrated hole in the cushion.
