The portable ticket-distribution machine comprises a housing accommodating a batch of tickets and containing a slot (114) through which these are deliVered one by one. The bottom part (11 (11) of the housing accommodates the tickets in a stack (21), while an intermediate wall (122) guides them individually as they are ejected by a mechanism (13,17) mounted in the top part (12). A spring (16) thrusts the stack against the intermediate wall and the ejection mechanism, which delivers each ticket to the slot by friction, the ticket sliding along the wall. The control can comprise a button (130) sliding in a slot (121) in the top (120) of the housing, and a friction plate (17) guided below the intermediate wall.
