SPECIFIED PAGE FIXING AND FAIR COPY MAKING SYSTEM IN JAPANESE LANGUAGE DOCUMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To minimize the influence of a fair copy output to resources of a document data by leaving an information in case when a fair copy is outputted once, as the document data, in a file, and appropriating the previous fair copy information when a correction is applied to the document data. CONSTITUTION:In a document processing system, when an execution parameter is given, a regular fair copy processing is executed by a parameter analyzing part 11, a fair copy control part 12, a regular fair copy processing part 15 and a document data updating part 16, and also a control part is added to a document data, and it is stored in a file. In case of executing an additional correction to the document data stored in this file, the document data is added from a document input device. Subsequently, the specified page fixing and fair copy processing is executed by the analyzing part 11, the control part 12, a specified page fixing and fair copy processing part 13, and a document data updating part 14. Subsequently, only the corrected page is updated to a page position information, and a fair copy output is obtained.
