LUSTROUS REFLECTIVE COLORED CORE WITH HIGH REFLECTIVE BRIGHTNESS AFTER WRITING AND WRITING TOOL THEREFROM

PURPOSE:To obtain titled core suitable for propelling pencil, clayon, etc. and writing tool therefrom, with high breaking strength and good writing feeling, by incorporating low-molecular weight polyethylene and/or polypropylene with a specific pearlescent pigment and a coloring agent. CONSTITUTION:A pearlescent pigment (consisting of particles with a diameter of ca. 50mu and ca. 1mu thick, prepared by coating titanium dioxide on a flaky mica) and a coloring agent are incorporated in low-molecular weight polyethylene and/or polypropylene, followed by heating, cooling, and then forming, thus obtaining the objective core and writing tool therefrom.
