CONTROL METHOD FOR LOADING ON TRANSPORT EQUIPMENT AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To bring the balance of a load to the best condition, by a method wherein weighing is effected in order to evaluate the balance of a load which is required when cargoes are loaded on a transport equipment such as container transport trains etc. and the loading position of the cargo is determined based on the result of weighing. CONSTITUTION:Provided loading positions are n1-n5 when, for example, 5-ton containers are loaded on one freight car, weights W1-W5 corresponding to the loading positions n1-n5, respectively, are determined. In which case, in case the weights W3 in the loading position n3 at the center of a freight car is 0, W1, W2, W4 and W5 are set to, for example, -2, -1, 1 and 2. Each time when one container is loaded, in view of the current loading condition of a freight car or the sum total of the weights on each freight car, determination is made on the loading position of the container so that the weights amount to 0 in all. In practical operation, loading control is effected by a loading controller which consists of an equipment data input device 10, a weight memory device 20, a controller 30 for determining a loading position, a crane 40, and an input/output device.
