Fig. 2 shows a cutting mechanism 1 which consists of two blade rollers 4 and 5 and whose blade discs 8 and 9 which alternately engage one in the other bear teeth which are designated by 13 and both protrude in the radial direction over the circumference of the blade discs 8 and 9 and also project in the direction of rotation 2, 3.
