PURPOSE:To obtain a power distributor and combiner with small degree of coupling and low insertion loss by connecting a resistance circuit network connected in star to plural branch terminals fixed on a circle. CONSTITUTION:A common terminal 5 and branch terminals 6-1-6-n are fitted to the center of an upper face disc and the circle of a bottom disc of a cavity resonator RE respectively, a load resistor R and a resistor R2 forming a star form resistance circuit network 8 are connected and the other end of the resistors R2 are connected together. The resonator RE is connected to the terminals 6-1-6-n by a coupling rod 11 of the same shape and to the terminal 5 with a coupling rod 10. Since a microwave inputted from the terminal 5 is distributed to the terminals 6-1-6-n with in-phase and the same amplitude, no effect is given between the terminal 5 and each branch terminal even when the circuit network 8 is fitted. When a load of a terminal is mismatched, a reflected wave caused to said terminal cancels a wave produced at other terminals by taking an electric length among the branch terminals to an odd number of times of 1/2 wavelength, the reflected wave is absorbed by the resistor R2 and the coupling among the branch terminals is reduced.
