PURPOSE:The titled transformed cell capable of producing a human normal marrow cell multiplication factor, cultivable for a long period. CONSTITUTION:Plasmid pSV3gpt of gene Simian virus 40 (SV40) derived from virus is inserted into a transducing vector, and transformed into a human marrow stromal cell without losing preparation ability of a human normal marrow cell multiplication factor, to obtain a marrow stromal cell cultivable for a long period. Human adenovirus early genes EI and EIA are inserted into pSV2gpt of transducing vector, to give a cell similar to the human normal marrow stromal cell. Further, a long-period culture strain of human marrow stromal cell can be similarly prepared by using a gene such as ras, myc, polyma middle T, etc. EFFECT:Having extremely large effects on elucidation of operation of hematosis, grasping and remedy of the condition of a blood dyscrasia, etc.
