METHOD FOR COMBINING DIE WITH BOLSTER IN HEATING DIE USED FOR EXTRUDING ALUMINUM SECTION, AND EXTRUSION DEVICE OF ALUMINUM SECTION

PURPOSE:To combine automatically a die with a bolster and to reduce working time by carrying a bolster corresponding to a die extracted from a heating furnace to a die slide and combining the bolster and the die to incorporate them into an Al-section extruder. CONSTITUTION:A die (g) heated by low frequency heating is carried by an auto- hand 20, and is charged into an empty address 3(2) of a soaking pit. Further, the auto-hand 20 selects either of a soaked die 10(h) or 10(i) according to an extrusion schedule to carry it to a stock yard 4. Successively, a bolster 30(b) or (c) corresponding to the die is carried from a bolster arranging table 5 to the stock yard 4, and is combined with the die, which are carried from the stock yard 4 to an extruder.
