METHOD CONVERTING EXPANSION WORK OF GAS INTO ITS CONSTANT PRESSURE WORK

PURPOSE:To efficiently convert expansion work into constant pressure work, by expanding pressurized gas in a cylinder so as to lift a piston and then naturally drop it down by its dead weight. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined amount of pressurized gas, if it is introduced into a space S3 from a hole 22b through a valve G2, freely performs expansion work to lift a piston 23. As the piston rises, objective fluid to be processed is sucked to be introduced into a hollow part 22a. The piston 23, after it reaches its uppermost position, naturally drops by its dead weight. Here the fluid in the hollow part 22a is both boosted through a piston rod 24 and taken out from a line L7 as the fluid of fixed high pressure. In this way, expansion work of the gas is converted into its constant pressure work.
