PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a dial memory by outputting a dial mode consisting of a tone dial signal and a pulse dial signal in combination with a one-chip IC, and providing the dial memory common to both dial signals. CONSTITUTION:The memory 8 stored with the contents of dial operation, mode changeover switch 4 for selecting and switching a tone dial mode and a pulse dial mode, and a mode writing circuit 15 for writing a dial mode in accordance with the mode changeover switch 4 in the memory 8 are provided. Therefore, the contents of dial operation corresponding to a dial in both combined modes are written and stored in the memory 8 by operating the mode changeover switch 4, and the dial signal in both combined dial modes is outputted from the one-chip IC.
