The ionexchange compartment contains zeolite contg. 40-70 wt.% clinoptilolite in the sodium or manganese form, the adsorbent compartment contains titanium-dioxide adsorbent onto the surface of which an other adsorbent, pref. iron-III-hydroxide has been pptd.
