A rod-shaped part comprises several spring wire components adhered to each other, with a tool being placed over two perpendicular reinforcement bars (13,14). Through manual effort, the tool moves the rod-shaped part, as an introductory stage, in the direction of the reinforcement bars. Two paired curved parts are then pivoted towards and under the lower reinforcement bar (13), and the nearest spring wire part to the reinforcement bars is released from the rod-shaped part and drops down with a central part (2) straddling the upper reinforcement bar (14). With a continued pivoting movement of the curved parts, two of the legs (3') extending from the central part bring the curved part pivoting motion to a point where the leg free ends are located in a plane above the upper reinforcement bar.
