In the circuit arrangement according to the invention, the one signal is applied to the inverting input of an operational amplifier (3) having negative feedback. The second signal, of opposite mathematical sign, is applied to the output of the operational amplifier. In order to eliminate zero errors, an integrator (7) is provided whose output is connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier (3) and whose input is connected via a changeover switch (11) alternately to the output of the operational amplifier (3) or to the inverting input of the operational amplifier (3). The changeover switch (11) is operated by a pulse sequence whose duty ratio is 1.
