Feminine period protection, allowing psychologically non-traumatic and hygienic sexual relations. This protection is constituted by a thermoplastic elastomer capsule similar to a diaphragm, ringed with a metal spring coated with the same thermoplastic material. The capsule is characterised in that it is lined (coated) with an absorbent material such as used for tampons or sanitary towels with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, and this is in the form of a lining glued against the capsule or alternatively in the form of removable disposable discs.
