The subject of the invention is a prefabricated tile eave characterised by the fact that it consists of a linear module comprising: - a lower leaf-work 1 of hollow or solid thin bricks defining at least part of its lower face, - at least one layer of semi-circular tiles 2 jutting out over the first leaf-work 1, - an upper leaf-work 3 of hollow or solid thin bricks, jutting out over the tiles 2 and covering part of its upper face, the rest of the module consisting of concrete 4, the inner face being substantially perpendicular to the upper and lower faces.
