PURPOSE:To obtain the titled pack convenient for handling and transportation, resistant to oxidation and giving a soup having thick taste, by crushing raw bone to small piecese in a refrigerator, agglomerating the crushed pieces to a proper size by glazing, and packing in a pack having water-permeability. CONSTITUTION:Raw bone of pig, poultry, fish, etc., is crushed to about 0.5-3cm3 with a crusher in a refeigeration room. Proper amount of the crushed pieces are agglomerated by glazing, and packed in a water-permeable pack.
