PURPOSE:To prevent the gelation of paint in a painting hose, etc. and to improve the property of a coated film by supplying a principal agent which is not incorporated with a catalyst and the catalyst separatedly from different lines. CONSTITUTION:A principal agent and a curing agent are mixed in an internal mixing part (m), and the liquid mixture is sent under pressure through a lance P1. Meanwhile, a catalyst is sent under pressure through a lance P2, and the discharged liquid mixture and the discharged catalyst from each lance P are mixed. The gelation of paint in a paint hose, etc. is prevented in this way, and a good-quality film can be obtained.
