MATERIAL FEEDER IN PLANT FOR DISPOSING WASTE RESIDUE IN BROILER AND DOMESTIC ANIMAL FEEDING

PURPOSE:Bone wastes are crushed into pieces and they are stored together with internal organs under low-temperature and closed conditions and a prescribed amount of them is fed, when needed, whereby uniform treatment becomes possible to enable the production of best feed and oil. CONSTITUTION:Internal organs A and waste bones B are steamed with heat under reduced pressure and dewatered, then squeezed to separate oil, cooled down, crushed, screened to give a raw material of feed for domestic animals. In this process, the bone wastes are crushed into pieces and they are stored together with internal organs at low temperatures in an enclosed system 6 and they are fed at a prescribed rate when needed. Thus, steaming and drying can be done uniformly in a short time to prevent the substance from deteriorating in quality to give best feed and oil. In addition, a plurality of tanks for storing the mixture can be operated alternately without manpower by means of an automated unit of cylinder rings continuously to improve the efficiency.
