PURPOSE:To prevent the pollution of water by a method in which the ceiling of a shell is penetrated into a shell, a rotary shaft having a stirring blade on its lower end is provided, the lower edge of the shell is landed on the bottom, and the stirring blade is turned. While turning the blade 4, and also supplying the hardener to the stirred portion 8, the blade 4 is raised, and when the blade 4 is housed into the shell 1, the turning of the blade 4 and the supply of the hardener are stopped.
