PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of arms short-circuiting phenomenon in the magnetic oscillation type bridge inverter by a method wherein the primary winding of control tramsformer of the magnetic oscillation type bridge inverter is divided into two. CONSTITUTION:One ends of the primary windings n1a, n1b of the control transformer are connected to the middle point of capacitors C1, C2 provided between DC bus-bars through respectively current suppressing reactors L1, L2 or resistors. When transistors 1Tr, 4Tr are in ON-state, a voltage is applied to the primary windings n1a, n1b and the transistors 1Tr, 4Tr hold ON-state by the voltages of the secondary windings n21, n24, and transistors 2Tr, 3Tr hold OFF-state by the voltage of the secondary windings n22, n23 respectively. When the core of the control transformer is saturated, voltages are not induced in the secondary windings, but owing to the capacitors C1, C2, magnetic saturation is held till the transistors come in OFF-state perfectly. Moreover the low frequency component of the output voltage is taken out and is applied to a correction winding n3 to suppress magnetic deflection.
