The space spring ball originates from polo and football played on earth. The player has a handled net (V) to catch the ball and to shoot at goal, and stands on a pogo-stick-like device while trying to maintain balance during play. The game comprises a flanged hemi-spherical dome (D) on which the player stands with a rubber disc (F) clamped (H) between the flange and an annular plate (G). An inflatable ball (I) in the dome has its upper end secured to the centre of the rubber disc and, via a cord (C), to the dome. - The dome carries an upward stick (A) either swivelably connected (E) to its upper end (as shown) or fixed thereto. The scoop handle (A,W) and the stick (A) each consist of three releasably connectable (B) parts to permit length adjustment. The handle has a wrist loop (Z).
