SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXTRACTING LIQUID FROM A HUMID MASS BY COMPRESSION

System consists of a pipe of linear, circular or other shape, through which the moist mass is forced. The pipe has a rectangular section which may be constant or variable, and perforated walls along at least the active liquid extraction section. Also present are elements for producing axial pressure in the moist mass, and a mechanism for displacing at least one of the perforated walls so as to generate a dynamic frictional force between the wall and the moist mass which is less than the axial force exerted by the pressure elements. The pressure differences causes liq. to drain out in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the moist mass and escape through the perforated walls.
