A hull construction, especially for water or airborne modes of transport, and constructed out of a number of extended panels (4) arranged on a closed hull frame design, which is preferably of equal width and deployed in a corresponding groove (14) and tongue (15). The hull panels (4) are designed according to the desired frame profile and are placed at an angle of 90-180 degrees in a diametrical plan where the craft's normal direction of forward travel lies at a plane of 90 degrees. The panels' groove and tongue form a rib like pattern on the hull frame's (1) interior made of protruding and reinforcing components (13, 15). The hull frame can be built up in a suspended mode or within a supporting frame (16), transverse bulkhead, or the like, and the hull panels can be arranged to run the length of the hull frame, or the hull frame can be split into two hull surfaces which are adjoined with the help of an outer seam plate, e.g. a keel plate, coaming plate or stern plate. All seams in the hull frame are secured with a seaming glue, more particularly a heat hardened glue with a high anti-shearing factor.IMAGE
