The greenhouse or builder's shed, etc. is demountable, and is hood-shaped unit made up from a series of curved arch elements and end cross walls. The arch elements are divided at the wall faces on both sides of the apex line into detachably screwed or bolted prefabricated segments (1, 2, 3), one or more of which can be omitted for linking the elements into a double or multi-nave building. The cross walls consist of detachably interconnected wall elements (6, 7) with walls' dividing joints sited in lengthways planes in vertical segment abutting points. Construction, storage, transport and subsequent extension are simplified.
