Preparation method of New aminopropanolicos derivatives and their acid Addition Salts and Quaternary amonicas.Is based on making a propiofenona of formula (ii) with an organometallic Compound of formula (iii) to obtain aminopropanolicos Derivatives of formula (i) wherein R1 is trihalometilo or other Halogen, alkyl; R2 is C 1 to 3; and R3 is 3 to 6 or cycloalkyl C R2 and R3, together with nitrogen at L that are fixed,Form a Ring of up to 8 members optionally containing Oxygen or nitrogen heteroatom as additional; and if desired, transform the compound obtained in their acid Addition Salts and Quaternary amonicas. The reaction is performed in an Inert atmosphere such as nitrogen or Argon and at a temperature between - 60jc and the Boiling Point of the Solvent used.Used for the treatment of acute n ethanol Intoxication.
